- 1 cup gluten free oatmeal, cooked
- soy milk, to desired consistency
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tbsp flax ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp sweetener (optional)
