  • 1 cup gluten free oatmeal, cooked
  • soy milk, to desired consistency 
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp flax ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp sweetener (optional)
 
preparation steps:

1. mix all ingredients and enjoy
