 Mixed Berries Nice-Cream

ingredients:

• 1 or 2 frozen bananas
• 1 cup mixed berries
• 1/4 cup raw cashews (optional)
• 1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 or 2 medjool dates, pitted (optional)
• 1 tsp vanilla

preparation steps:

1. add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend, using tamper to keep the blade moving, until nice cream is smooth and creamy

2. serve right away or keep in a covered container in the freezer
