Vegan Mushroom Stroganoff
 
 
ingredients:
 
  • 1 lb pasta eggless pasta, cooked as directed and drained
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 lb mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced fine
  • 1 tbs vegan worcestershire sauce
  • 1 container vegan sour cream
  • sea salt and fresh black pepper to tastes
 
preparation steps:
 
1. sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil until almost cooked through

2. add garlic

3. toss mushroom and onions together with cooked pasta, vegan sour cream, worcestershire sauce, and salt & pepper to taste
