Vegan Mushroom Stroganoff
ingredients:
- 1 lb pasta eggless pasta, cooked as directed and drained
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 lb mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced fine
- 1 tbs vegan worcestershire sauce
- 1 container vegan sour cream
- sea salt and fresh black pepper to tastes
preparation steps:
1. sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil until almost cooked through
2. add garlic
3. toss mushroom and onions together with cooked pasta, vegan sour cream, worcestershire sauce, and salt & pepper to taste
