Rosemary White Bean Dip
ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 juicy lemon, juiced
- 2 cups white cannellini beans, cooked
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp rosemary, dried
- 1 tbsp good extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt, to taste
steps:
1. start a food processor fitted with an S blade, drop peeled garlic cloves and process until minced fine
2. add lemon juice, beans, red pepper flakes, salt and rosemary and run until beans are smooth, add olive oil through the feed tube while dip is processing - run until smooth and creamy
3. serve with your favorite crackers, and/or
crudités
