ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup olives, halved
  • olive oil, to taste
  • salt & pepper, to taste


steps:

1. preheat oven to 500* 

2. spread pizza dough onto an oiled baking sheet, pushing out from the middle with oiled palms, leaving dough a little thicker than you might for pizza

3. drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle evenly with rosemary, minced garlic and salt & pepper

4. press olives, evenly spaced, lightly into dough 

5. bake at 500* until focaccia is golden and crispy 

6. serve hot or cooled
