Cinnamon Crunch Bliss Balls
ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 6 medjool dates, pitted
- 3 dried prunes
- 1 tbsp ground sprouted flax seed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp lucuma powder
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch pink himalayan salt
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (i used alcohol free)
- 1 dropper of liquid stevia
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 heaping tbsp cashew butter (almond butter can be substituted)
steps:
1. add all the above ingredients to a food processor that has been fitted with an S blade and process until the dough sticks together when you squeeze it between your fingers and the dough can be formed into balls that hold together
2. roll dough evenly into balls
3. refrigerate to take with you for a healthy breakfast or snack on-the-go
tip: These can also be rolled in powdered cinnamon for an extra kick of flavor and antioxidants
