Green Beans and Mushrooms



ingredients: 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb green beans, washed, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 pint shiitake mushrooms, stems trimmed and sliced
  • 1 pint  baby bella mushrooms, washed and sliced
  • 2 medium yellow onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and white pepper, to taste


steps:

1. preheat oven to 425*

2. line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside

3. in a large mixing bowl add green beans, mushrooms, onion, garlic powder, olive oil,  salt and white pepper and and stir to lightly coat the vegetables with the oil

4. spread vegetables evenly over paper lined baking sheet

5. bake at 425 until vegetables are tender and caramalized

6. serve warm over jasmine rice/or add to your favorite salad
