Super-Foods Bliss Balls



ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 6-8 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 dropper liquid stevia
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (i used a mix of almond and cashew)
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax (i used sprouted ground flax)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp coconut butter
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (or more)
  • 1 tsp vanilla (i used a non-alcohol one)
  • tiny pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • unsweetened coconut flakes (to roll in as coating-optional)

 Steps:

1. add all ingredients except coconut flakes to a food processor fitted with an S blade and process until dough sticks together between your fingers and can be formed into balls - add tiny additional amounts of coconut oil as needed until you get there

2. roll dough into balls of desired size

3. roll balls in coconut flakes to coat
