Nut, Seed & Fruit Bars

ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 6 dried apricots, diced
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried coconut
  • 1/2 cup all-natural almond butter
  • 1 to 2 tbsp agave syrup 
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 vanilla bean's scraped seeds
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt

preparation steps:

1. place dates in food processor and process until chopped pretty fine

2. remove into large mixing bowl and mix well with remaining ingredients

3. place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and press into a flattened rectangle

4. refrigerate for at least 4 hours

5. cut into bars
